We expect to be able to switch back on the price based filtering within 12-24 hours of the Incursion league start.

We have added tooltips to almost all items on the site which will give you more detail than you can find in the database tables quickly and easily!

We understand that some of our users have been experiencing some issues with either Email Verification links not working or redirecting you to an incorrect location.

Welcome to POE Wizard! We are a new site aiming to bring you all the information you need to know about Path of Exile now and well into the future. This is our initial launch version. We will be making many frequent updates to the site, adding in new features and making updates to existing ones. When using the site keep in mind PoE is a massive game so if a few things seem off make sure to let us know by shooting us an email, which you can find under -Contact Us.

The Skill Gem database is still in the works and coming in a future update!

Physical, Elemental and Effective dps has been added to all weapons! (Chaos damage is currently being rolled into elemental for simplicitys sake)

PATCH 1.3!Posted on: 13th March 2018Whats new?

The Lootfilter generator has had its price regulation logic switched back on for all items that now appear on Poe.Ninjas price listings.

Due to the lack of data at the very begining of a league, we implement a blanketing rule that will ensure you get all of our normally price regulated items always shown as their Tier 2 Style up until the point that we feel there is enough data to be able to switch back on the price based filtering. This is to ensure noone misses out on those important drops early on!

Yellow: Decent maps with niche advantages but not quite as efficient, quick or mainstream as green maps.

Email Verification IssuesPosted on: 7th May 2018

Due to this update the filter will not work until after the Incursion patch.

After creating an account and visiting your profile page you will now be able to create loot filter presets. These presets will save your personal styles and settings allowing you to generate on the fly filters far easier without having to re-input all your info.

We cant say much yet but we have plans to bring you guys the ultimate mapping companion that will help you record your costs, loot and drop chances per map!

A Hotfix has been implemented in order to amend these issues and we believe the issue has now been resolved.

Environment and Boss: We have included data about the environment to allow newer players to get an idea of how the map is going to feel and what they may encounter. The Base boss model is listed to give newer players the ability to compare map bosses with ones they have faced in the main story.

The Lootfilter generator has been updated to include Incursion items and new Incursion loot filter rules.

Purple: Unique maps get their own category as they are often not run for efficiency or speed and when they are its to target specific drops or abuse group play mechanics.

We have been notified of some issues with loot filter styles not saving to your Loot Filter Preferences in certain scenarios and are expecting to have a fix before the end of the day.

Drop Locations/ Acquisition Methods for all Unique Items in the game

Patch 1.1 is live! As a team we would like to thank the PoE community for such an overwhelming positive response to the site. Its clear there is a big demand for the site we are aiming to build. We have been working around the clock to ensure PoE Wizard lives up to the Communities expectations!

Red: Red ranked maps are generally fairly slow to run with maze like layouts that involve backtracking.

Sextants: The Number of each sextant type that can be applied to each map this includes the map itself assuming it is unshaped. (vault would have 7 yellow sextants not 6 yellow 1 red.)

After consolidating the communities feedback we have found our user interface could use some work. We are currently reviewing our options and deciding the best course of action to create a UI that will satisfy all PoE players ensuring it is easy to use, allows quick browsing and is beginner friendly.

Loot filter preferences will persist throughout leagues and are intended to ensure you never need to restyle another loot filter outside of new game additions ever again. To generate your filter head to the filter section of the site, select your chosen preference set from the drop down menu, choose a league and generate away.

The Filter was created with high tier mapping in mind and the default settings reflect that. We understand some players enjoy a less strict loot filter so we included options to highlight rare item types, lower tier currencies as well as a feature to hide or highlight specific maps.

Patch 1.2 will include a complete database of all skill gems and their values from level 1 to 30! We plan on creating gifs of each active skill gem and how it looks in game. We also want to allow users to see all applicable support gems for each active skill gem.

We have combed the web and all known datasets for all the divination card drop locations and gathered them in one place for you! You can find these drops by hovering over a map or clicking a map from the database.

League start support: (any item which is currently not for sale at the time the filter is generated will be marked as a tier 2 div card, unique or currency depending on the item.) In a league start situation this will ensure all items will be shown even if they are currently not for sale. Remember to update your filter often in a new league to have the most effective filter as the economy changes.

PoE Wizard has been updated for patch 3.2 you can now find all the new uniques, divination cards and prophecies in our database! If you find any issues with any of the following items please be sure to contact us via email.

Meta rankings for all maps have been updated.

This is a site for players by players just by using the site youre helping us help you! If you have any suggestions or comments about the site feel free to use the email mentioned above in the contact us portion of the site to let us know.

You can now create a PoEWizard Account allowing us to offer you even more cool features now and in the future.

Toggleable Tiers: You can search any tier maps you want by toggling each tier on the top of the UI on or off, allowing for quick and easy browsing.

Divination card database with drop locations.

Green: These are the best maps for farming currency quickly as their layouts are fast and efficient.

We have implemented a full filterable map database for the community to use!

Building PoE Wizard is a massive undertaking and a lot of the time we miss some things. If you notice something a bit off with any of our data please let us know via our contact us email! Do you know a map specific drop we dont have listed yet? Make sure to let us know so we can complete our map drops database for all to use!

Many data corrections have been made. (Massive thanks to everyone who found these errors and submitted them!)

Styling: You can now style the base filter based on your personal preferences choosing what color, sound and size you want associated with each drop.

We are aware that there was an issue with the Shaped Underground Sea Map, and other Shaped Maps. This was due to a change in our source of data and how the item was named in our backend. We have since amended this and apologize for any inconveniences.

Price blanketing has been turned off for all items except for a few remaining Divination Cards that have not appeard on Poe.Ninja yet.

This site is fan-made and not affiliated with Grinding Gear Games in any way.

We have introduced a new method of generating filters, whenever you generate a filter our website accesses PoE Ninjas pricing data. It then grabs the most up to date prices for every unique and divination card in the game and filters them accordingly. This will ensure items being highlighted on our filter are worth currency or have the potential to be worth currency.

Skill Gem database, complete with animated gifs for each skill and eligible support gems.

Meta Rankings: Speed and efficiency rankings for each map from a speed meta point of view.

Almost every aspect of the user interface has been changed and replaced. We heard your feedback and listened!

We have created our own custom coded loot filter for everyone to use!

Maps Database, with sextanting information such as number of blocks for each map.
