Creating the cards helped aid my eventual recovery and, nine years on, I am so heartened to hear how my cards have also helped many more people like me.

Being in a profound emotional state, at the time, I felt particularly able to tune-in to each of the 38 different emotions of Bachs Flowers (whether I wanted to or not!). I went through the gamut of emotions, from terror to depression, to lacking confidence and feeling overwhelmed. So when I was in, say, theSweet Chestnutframe of mind, I could really emathise with what kind of saying would comfort me a little.
Back in 2008, after a deep emotional trauma, I would look to poems, affirmations and sayings to help comfort myself. I used these words to help lift me. I felt that – if someone in history had said an inspirational thing (which became a renowned quote) – this meant that that person too must have suffered in a similar way to me. It meant that I wasnt alone. I found this a comfort.
What a joy to find some really beautiful, clear, sensitive and accurate Bach Flower Remedy Cards.They provide a perfect and uncanny suplement to my own choices of which Remedies to use.The supplier was a delight and service very prompt. Well done!
