I have tried using a doedres elixir and the distillate right after with the belt on and stat page shows no number differences when press with the belt on. I take off the belt and do the same combo and stats show minions getting the buffs

When I use flask in my ho for regen mana with this belt there is no additional IIQ/IIR in the misc stash, but without the belt IIQ/IIR are present.
works perfect with differnt utility flasks. But when I use it with this onenothing happens, there is no information or charges around minions.Last bumped on Mar 25, 2016 4:09:07 PM
